Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe – Day one
On day one of the Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in 2015, Ms Anne Brasseur (Luxembourg, Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe – ALDE) was re-elected President of the Parliamentary Assembly. Additionally, 19 vice presidents were elected, while the seat of the Vice President belonging to Bosnia and Herzegovina remained vacant.

PACE Monitoring Committee, at its meeting held on 11 December 2014 in Paris, suggested closing the monitoring procedure in respect of Montenegro and opening of post-monitoring dialogue in the light of the progress made by the country since 2012.
